Dr. Tom Pennington brings a unique blend of law enforcement, pastoral leadership, and military service to the field of church safety and security. He served nine years as a Portland Police Officer and previously in the US Navy, gaining extensive frontline experience in crisis response and community protection. Since 2016, he has led Grace Bible Fellowship as Senior Pastor.

Dr. Pennington also teaches Criminal Justice at Corban University and holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from The Master’s Seminary. His background equips him to address the challenges churches face with both practical wisdom and biblical conviction.
