We start with an Interview that allows us to evaluate your current equipment, discover what’s not working, what capabilities you wish to have and where you would like to be in the next 5-10 years as a ministry and as a church.
We take this information and move to the System Design process where we formulate a comphrehensive proposal complete with easy to understand diagrams and an Upgrade Guide that explains what each piece of equipment is, the function it serves, and why you need it.
Our proposals help pastoral and lay leadership understand exactly what to expect in the installation process and what equipment to expect, greatly reducing anxiety and stress throughout the process.
Once the proposal is approved, we move into payment, order fulfillment and installation. A timeline will be established that includes appropriate lead time for equipment ordering, installation and crew training.
