The teams he led served as a primary line of defense against sophisticated cybercrime for finance, retail, gaming, and travel sectors. Under his direction, F5 successfully achieved and maintained Five-9's availability for critical infrastructure, even in a diverse and constantly-under-attack environment.

Prior to F5, Donn spent ten years at Earthlink Business, where he led the design and implementation of multiple industry-first technologies across a nationwide high-availability network. Today, Donn applies this deep expertise to his own business, successfully running an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Consulting firm that delivers reliable technology strategies and defense against modern threats for its clients.
